Designed by Lee Walston our Head Personal Trainer, these sessions are the core of our weekly timetable. And for very good reason as they combine functional exercises utilising suspension trainers, kettlebells, dumbbells and even bodyweight to make you stronger and fitter whilst torching body fat.
Our Fighting Fit classes are designed specifically by Dave Coldwell himself. Similar to a Meta-Blast session but with plenty of bag work for added spice, so expect more fun, more sweat and a stress busting experience!
Another workout created by Lee, these sessions focus on non-aerobic muscle toning to develop a strong core and burn fat. This set of exercises is particularly useful for protecting the lower back and improving posture which all contribute to a trimmer appearance.
